Tony Muollo has over three generations of fishing heritage embedded in his DNA. Having cut his own teeth working around the family fish factories and boats as a boy in New Zealand, he went on to developed the family business, making it the largest fishing and seafood processing company in Wellington NZ.
Having sold the Wellington operation Tony moved to Australia starting Transtasman Fisheries. Tony has not only brought a wealth of experience to the NSW seafood industry, but also a network of respected contacts & suppliers of premium NZ seafood. With these contacts he quickly became the largest importer of fresh NZ seafood into Sydney. Add to this the catch from his own fleet of Australian fishing boats and the direct supply from the local fishermen Tony is recognized as having a huge variety and supply of premium local and imported fresh seafood.
Tony Identified that to benefit from his supply opportunities, he also needs to meet the service demands his customers.
